Directions To Marrs College Admissions Advisors:

From Downtown Dallas.Take the Dallas Tollway North. Exit Royal Lane. Turn right onto Royal Lane Turn right into the fourth driveway past the Dallas Fire Station on your right about a half mile east of the Tollway. The driveway is by Ruggeri’s Restaurant and Gazebo Burgers. Marrs College Admission Advisors is in Suite #216 on the second floor of the building just south (behind) the Gazebo Burger Restaurant. Park on the east-most side of the building and enter through the doors facing east (on the Preston Road side).

From Plano. Take the Dallas Tollway South. Exit Royal Lane. Turn left onto Royal Lane (go east over the Tollway). Take a right at the fourth driveway past the Dallas Fire Station on your right. If you are at the light at Preston, you have gone too far east. Marrs College Admission Advisors is located in the office building directly behind (south) of the Gazebo Burger and Ruggeri’s Restaurant. Park on the east- most side of the building and enter the doors facing east (facing Preston Road). The office suite is #216 in the 5952 Royal Lane building.

From Irving: Take LBJ east or take Royal Lane east from Irving. Exit the Dallas North Tollway South or Preston Road south (turn right onto Preston) from LBJ. If Royal Lane is taken from Irving, turn right into the fourth driveway past the Dallas Fire Station on your right, ¼ mile past the Dallas North Tollway. If coming from Preston Road, turn right onto Royal Lane and an immediate left into the first driveway by Ruggeri’s Restaurant and the Gazebo Burger. Park on the east side of the 5952 Royal Lane building directly behind Gazebo Burger. Enter the building on the east-most side of the complex. Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor: Suite #216.
